desire of Henry Eckstein, Commissioner, Precinct No. 1, to make a loan against his precinct,
1n order Lo pay a repair bill on a melnteiner, billed under invoice No. 1015 in the amount of
$1,096.19. And it appearing to the Court that if the re pelt bill be paid out of his funds et
the present Lime, this precinct No. 1, would not have enough Pun da Lo operate on Yor the bal anco
