by Election Officers holding Lhe Special School Election held Saturday, September 17th, 1949.

Powell, and approved by Judge Jim W. 7~'e etherby, that the County expend necessary money for Lhe
base on the Airport Roed from the present Sea pat onto Highway to Old San Antonio Highway with
no base being furnished Prom the intersection oP the entrance of the airport to Old San Antonio
Highway, that portion, however to be paved at a total cost of $.41 per square yard by H111 Con-
struction Company, with the actual cost to be paid by precinct No. 1 and 2, but request con-
tribution from precinct No. 3 and 4 for such road to be situated or considered as a County project

rates for use oP gas by Kerr County, Texas", from the order granting a franchise to The Lane
Star Gas Comps qt' as passed by the Commissioner's Court on September 21st, 1949, under order

be harmless to Kerr County, and by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Furr, and una nSmousl
