voucher on the County Treasurer out of the General Fund of Kerr County for each service rendered
by Election Officers holding the Special School Election held Saturday, September 17th, 1949.

base on the Airport Road from Lhe present Saa pnt onto F. ighway to Old San Antonio Highway with
no base being furnished from the intersection of the entrance of the airport to Old San Antonio
Highway, that portion, however to be paved at a total cost of x.41 per square yard by Hill Con-
struction Company, with Lhe actual cost to be paid by Precinct No. 1 and 2, but request con-
tribution from Precinct No. 3 and 4 for such road to be situated or considered as a County Project

of The Lone Star Ges Company to extract the following clause, to-wit: "subject to agreeable
rates for use of gas by Kerr County, Texas", from Lhe order grant ir.g e franchise to The Lone
Star Gas Company as passed by the Commissioner's Court on deptember 21st, 1949, under order
tSumber 4281. And it appearing to the Court that such clause, if omitted from such order would
be harmless Lo Kerr County, and by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Furr, and una nimousl
approved by the Court, that such order be revised es previously requested end to read as follows,
