base on the Airport Roed from the present Sen Antonio Highway Lo Old San Antonio Highway with
no base being furnished from the intersection of the entrance of the airport to Old San Anto No
H Sghway, that portion, however to be paved at a total cost of x.41 par square yard by Hill Con-
struction Company, with the actual cost to be paid by Precinct No. 1 and 2, Dut request con-
tribution Prom precinct No. 3 and 4 for such road to be sit ueted or considered as a County Project

rates Por use of gas by Kerr County, Texas", from the order granting a franchise to The Lone
Star Gas Company as passed by the Commissioner's Court on September 21st, 1949, under order
Number 4281. ~,nd it appearing to the Court that such clause, if omitted from such order would
be harmless to Kerr County, and by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Furr, and una nimousl
approved by the Ca ur t, that such order be revised as previously requested and Lo read as follows,
to-wit: "On this Say came on to be heard and considered by the Commissioners Court of Kerr Co ut~ty
Texas, the petition of the LONE STAR GAS COMPANY for the right and franchise to construct,
