sale ar to import into this State, or to distribute or to sell any beer, or to possess any bee
for the purpose of sale in Kerr County, as prescribed under election 13 "Sec. 3 lh) Art. II of
The Te xes Liquor Control xct of the 51st Legislature of 1949. Ahd 1t appearing to the court
that the filing oP the applications of such licenses and the issuing oP various orders and re-
ceipts is an expense to the County, and that no charge can be made without the co of irmet ion of
Lhe Court es to the amount authorized to be charged under the Liquor Control Aat for such ser-
vices, and that this charge should be made on the applicants applying therefor.
