sale or to import into this State, or to distribute or to sell any beer, or to possess any bee

The Texas Liquor Control nct of the 51st Legislature of 1949. And it appearing to the court

ceipts is an expense to the County, and that no charge can be made without the co of irmet ion oP
VI the Court as to the amount authorized to be charged under the Liquor Control Aot.for such ser-
vices, and that this oharge she uld be made on the applicants applying therefor.
