On this the 20th day of October, A. D. 1949, came on to be considered by the Court the
olosing oP that portion of Tivydele Road Prom Schreiner Butcher Pen to Kerr County Line; that ^,
on or about August 11th, 1947 ell users of the portion oP road under disease ion, having receiv
notice, end the majority being present in open Court end action hev ing been taken and that por
ion of road under consideration be closed to the public; end that that port ion of road was not
sate bits had by any order of Lhe Comm lesion ers' Court. The me~ority of the users agreeing to t
closing of thla road, end action wfls taken by the court et that time, with an understanding
that the Courts' Order would not be entered at such time, await tag a change in the other port-
ion of the road, if it matured. That due to the change of personnel oP the Court, end failure
to effect agreeable ch enge in other portions of the Tivyda le Roed, such order was never enters .
Therefore by motion duly made Dy B7o lter, seconded by Furr, a~ unenimo ugly approved as of :
this date, that that portion of Ti vydale Road heretofore mentioned be clo aed to Public Travel,
and be closed to Public travel ea of date oY pug uat 11th, 1947 and that Kerr County have no
more liability as to up keep or maintenanoe on said road. .
