ion of road under consideration be closed to the public; end that that portion of road was not
eatablls had by any order of the Commissioners' Court. Tha me~ority of the users agreeing to t
closing of this road, and action was Laken by the court at that time, with en understanding
that the Courts' Order would not be entered at such time, awaiting a change in the other port-
