County, and upon application duly presented motion being duly made by Eckstein, seconded by
Purr, and unanimously approved by the Court that Earl Garrett, Sheriff of Kerr County, be end
is hereby authorized to appoint a Special Deputy, same being Milton 7o nes. Se id appointment
to date from the date of qualification and continue in effect until revoked by said officer or
be otherwise terminated; and that there be no compensation paid said Special Deputy other than
special services performed and hereafter approved by the Court.
