County, and upon appl icetion duly presented motion being duly made by Eckstein, seconded by
Purr, end unanimously approved by the Court that Earl Garrett, Sheriff of Kerr County, be and
is hereby authorized to appoint a Special Deputy, same being Milton Jones. de id appointment
to date from the date of qualification and continue in effect until revoked by said officer or
be otk~erwise terminated; and that there be no compers at ion paid said Special Deputy other then
