rendered end collected in the County Court of Kerr County, in Pavor of Bald county, including
jury fees collected, if any, by the County Clerk of Kerr County, during the month of October,
A. D. 1949, which report shows an aggregate of $178.90 collected and deposited with the County
Treasurer and it appearing to the Court that sa ld report is true and correct.
Therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein, end unanimously approved
by the Court in all respects.
