actual and necessary expense of $456.50 incurred by him in the conduct of his office during
said month of October, 1949, and by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and
unanimously approved by the Court in all respects.

This the 14th day of November, A. D. 1949, came on to be examined by the Court the Report
of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, covering all fines imposed and collected end judgments
rendered end collected in the County Court of Kerr County, in favor of said county, including
jury fees collected, if any, by the County Clerk of Kerr County, during the month of October,
A. D. 1949, which report shows an aggregate of $178.90 collected and 3e pos it ed with the County
Tree surer and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct.
Therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein, and unanimously epnroved
by the Court ir, all respects.

expe rditures and receipts of Kerr County for quarter ending October 31st, 1949, and it appearic
to the Court that said report is correct and should be ep proved.
Therefore by motion duly made by Ivolter, seconded by Eckstein, end unanimously approved
by the Court that same be approved.
