No. 4338. APPROVAL OF MIA*UTES FOR NOVEO~ER TERM
This the 12th dfly of December, A. D. 1949, by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by
Molter, and unanimously approved by the Court that the minutes of the Commissioner's Court
for the month of November, 1949, be and are hereby eppro ved as read.

No. 4329. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS.
This the 12th day of December, A. D. 1949, came on to be examined by the Court the variou
claims and eccounta filed against Kerr County and its respective Road end Hridge Precincts
since the last term of the Court, end it appearing to the Court that the fall axing cl aims end
accounts should be paid. Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Molter, end
unenimo ugly approved by the Court that all cla lma filed again at the General Fund of Kerr Count
be approved; and by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Furr, and unenlmo usly approved by
the Court that all claims and accounts filed ageinat Road d. Bridge, Precinct No. 1 be ep proved
that all claims end eccounta filed against Road & Bridge, Precinct No. 2 be approved, after ~,
motion having been duly made by Eckste ln, seconded by Molter, and unanimously approved by the ~!
Court; that all claims and accounts filed ageinat Road & Bridge, Preainet No. 3 be approved, ~!i
after motion having been duly made by Furr, seconded by Eckstein, and unanimously ep proved by ',
the Court; and by motion duly made by Eckstein, end seconded by Fowell, end unen imously ap provE
by the Court that all claims end accounts filed against Road & Bridge, Precinct No. 4 be approv

No. 4340. APFROVAL OF OCTOBER REPORT OF COLLECTIONS BY TAX ASSESSOR & COLLECTOR.
This the 12th day of December, A, D. 1949, came on to be examined by the Court the item-

Therefore by motion duly made ay Eckstein, seconded by Molter, and unanimously approved
