there was begun and holden a Regular Term of the Commissioner's Court of Kerr County, at the
Court House thereof, in the City oP Kerrville, Taxes, officers present:

No. 4539. APPROVAL OF CLA1M5 AND ACCOUNTS.
This the 12th day of December, A. D. 1949, came on to ba examined by the Court the var iou
claims end accounts filed against Kerr County and its respective Roed and Hr idge precincts
since the lest term of the Court, and it appearing to the Court that the Poll avi ng claims end
accounts should be paid. Th er afore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Molter, end
unenimo ugly approved Dy the Court that all cle ima filed again et the General Fund of Kerr Count
be approved; and by motion duly made by Molter, saoonded by Furr, end unanimously ep proved by
the Court that ell claims and accounts Piled against Road & Bridge, Precinct No. 1 be ep pro ved
that ell claims end eccoun to f11ed against Road & Bridge, Precinct No. 2 be approved, after
motion having Deen duly made by Ecksteln, seconded by Molter, end unanimously approved by the
Court; that all claims and accounts filed against Roed & Bridge, Precinct No. 3 be approved,
after motion having been duly made by Furr, seconded by Eckstein, and unanimously approved by
the Court; and by motion duly made by Eckstein, end saoonded by Powell, end unanimously epprov
by the Court that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge, Precinct No. 4 be appro ed
aRd the Couaty Clerk be end is hereby euthoriz ed Lo draw vo uc here against the County Treasurer
on the respective funds for the peym ant oP each oP the claims having been Piled and as read
as approved, according to law.

No. 4340. APFAOVAL OF OC'IDBER REPORT OF COLLECTIONS BY TAX ASSESSOR & COLLECTOR.
