This the 12th day of December, A. D. 1949, by motlon duly made by Eckstein, seconded by
Molter, and unenimo ugly approved by the Court that the minutes of the Commisaioner~s Court
fur the month of November, 1949, be end era hereby approved as read.

No. 4339. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS.
This the 12th day of December, A. D. 1949, came on to be examined by the Court the var iou
claims and accounts filed against Kerr County and its respective Roed end Bridge Precincts
since the last term of the Court, and it eppe sr ing to the Court that the Poll oxing claims and
accounts should be paid. Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Molter, end
uhanimo usly approved by the Court that all claims filed again et the General Fund of Kerr Count
be approved; and by motlon duly made by Molter, seconded by Furr, and unanimously approved by
the Court that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge, Precinct No. 1 be approved
that ell claims and ecaoun to filed against Road k Bridge, Precinct No. 2 be approved, after
motion having been duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Molter, end unanimously approved by the
Court; that all claims and acoounts filed against Road & Bridge, Preoinot No. 3 be approved,
