This the 12th day of December, A. D. 1949, by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by
Molter, and unenimo ugly approved by Lhe Court that the minutes of the Commlesloner's Court
for the month of No vembar, 1949, be end are hereby approved as read.

No. 4339. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS.
This the 12th day of December, A. D. 1949, came on to be examined by the Court the variou
claims and accounts Piled against Kerr County and its respective Road end Bridge Precincts
since the last term of the Court, and 1t appearing to the Court that the Poll axing claims end
accounts should be paid. Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Molter, end
unenimo usly approved by the Court that all cla ima filed agalnat the General Fund of Kerr Count
be approved; and by motion duly made by Molter, aeoonded by Furr, and unanimo ugly approved by
the Court that all cla ima sad accounts filed against Roed & Bridge, Precinct No. 1 be approved
that all claims and accoun to filed against Road & Bridge, Precinct No. 2 be approved, after
motion having been duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Molter, and unanimously approved by the
Court; that all claims and accounts filed age inat Road & Bridge, Precinnt No. 3 be approved,
