ing the sum of199.35 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a
fee of $120.OG, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct.
Therefore by motion duly made by Furr, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by
the Court, that said report be approved, and the County Clerk is hereby directed to pay said
fee of $120.00 to Judge Storms, to-wit: $40.00 out of Road & bridge Fund and ~8G.00 out of
the General Fund of Kerr County, Texas.
