Kerr County for service on fourteen (14) typewriters and five (51 adding mach inea of which in-
cludes one National Caeh Register for a period of one year beginning December 12th, 1949 to
December 12th, 1950. And it appearing to the Court that such contract is in the amount of
$264.00 for the nineteen maohines end that some consideration should be given.
Therefore by motion duly me de by Furr, seao nd ed by Powell, and unen lmo usly approved by th
Court that the County Judge end County Clerk be and mre hereby authorized to check into the
matter and use their own discretion as to the benefit 1t would be to Kerr County to enter into
scan nontract.
