And it ap peering to the Court that such contract is in the amount of X264.00 for the nineteen machines end that some cons ideretion should be given. M., due to the fact that said officer has eocepted the office of Ddatr ict Attorney of the 38th Judicial District of Texas. And it appearing to the Court that it is to their regret to pert with this off leer, but that such ree ignetion aho uld be accepted.
