desire of Commercial Of flee Supply Company of Kerrvi ].le, Texas, to enter into a contract with
Barr County for service on fourteen (14j typewriters and five (5j adding me chines of which in-
cludes one National Cash Register for a period of ono year beginning December 12th, 1949 to
December 12th, 1950. And it ap peering to the Court that such contract is in the amount oY
~p264.00 for the nineteen machines and Lhat some cons lderation should be given.
Therefore by motion duly me de by Fur r, seconded by Powell, and urea imously approved by th
Court that the County Judge end County Clerk be end are hereby authorized to check into the
me tter and use their own discretion as to Lhe benefit St would be to Kerr County to enter into
such ooatract.
