On this the 2C th day of December, A. D. 1949, came on to be corsidered by the Court the
resignation of Joe W. Burkett, Jr., as County Attorney of Kerr County, Texas, effective as of
December 31st, 1949, et 12:00 o'clock P. M., due to the fact that said officer has accepted the
appointment ns County Judge of Kerr County, Texas. And it app caring to the Court that said re-
slgnatien be accepted.
Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Furr, end unanimously approved by
the Court that the resignation of Joe 'N. Burkett, Jr., as County Attorney be accepted as of
December 31st, 1949, at 12:00 o'clock P. M.
