said two officers.

resigr~tion of Sae W. Burkett, Sr., as County Attorney of Kerr County, Texas, effective es of
December 31st, 1949, at 12:00 o'clock Y. M., due to the feet the,t said officer has accepted the
appointment as County Judge of Kerr County, Texas. And it appearing to the Court that said re-
signs tion be accepted.
Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Furr, end unanimously approved by
the Court that Lhe resignation of Joe 'N. Burkett, Jr., as County Attorney be accepted as of
