said two officers.

On this the 2C th day of December, A. D. 1949, came on to be consl dared by the Court the
resignation of Toe W. Burkett, Jr., as County Attorney of Kerr l:o only, Taxes, effective as of
Decem b::r 31st, 1949, et 12:00 o'clock P. M., due to the fact that sold officer has accepted the
appointment as County Judge of Kerr County, Texas. And it appearing to the Court that said re-
signa lion be accepted.
Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Fur r', end unanimously approved by
the Court that the resignation of Joe W. Burkett, Jr., as County Attorney be accepted ss of
December 31st, 1949, at 12:00 o'clock P. to;.
