This the 1st day of January, 1950, came on to be examined by the court the official bonds end 23rd of the following named o££icers, appointed heretofore on December 20, X1949 to fill the vacancy of the offices of the County Judge and County Attorney, to fill the unexpired term ending December 31st, 1950, and it appearing to the court tkiat each of said bonds are good and suffi- cient and that such bonds should be approved by the court, Therefore by motion duly made by Furr, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court that said officers are hereby directed to take the proper oath of o£flce as required by law, and the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to record same in the official bond records of Kerr County to-wits Joseph W. Burkett, Jr., County Judge, bond in the amount of $1000.00, with United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company, as surety, Joseph W. Burkett, Jr., ex-officio County Superintendent of Public Instructions, bond in the amount of $1000,00 with American Employers' Insurance Company, as surety, and James E.
