vision being comprised of 5.41 acres out of Survey No. 129,
. 'Previno, to be known as "WAYS Alllll'PION" to the Town of Ingram,
Pexas, with Arthur A. Ways as the owner and developer thereof.
And it appearing that said addition, and the plat, field notes
and dedication thereof meet all of the ~~re~~~9uirements of law;

upon the payment of the recording fees tbArefore~
And it is further ordered that this order be spread upon the
minutes of the Commissioner's Court of Kerr County, Texas.
