Furr,------------------------County Commissioner, Precinct No. 4, .Earl Garrett, Sheriff, and Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, and the following precedings were had to-wits -o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o- No, 4565 APPROVAL OF BONDS AND QUALIF:CCATION OF OFFICERS. This the 1st day of January, 1950, came on to be examined by the court the official bonds end 23rd of the following named officers, appointed heretofore on December 20, X1949 to fill the vacancy oŁ the offices of the County Judge and County Attorney, to fill the unexpired term ending December 31st, 1950, and it appearing to the court that each of said bonds are good and svSfi- cient and that such bonds should be approved by the court, Therefore by motion duly made by Furr, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court that said officers are hereby directed to take the proper oath oŁ office as required by law, and the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to record same 1n the official bond records of Kerr County to-wits Soseph W. Burkett, Jr., County Judge, bond in the amount of $1000.00, with United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company, as surety, Joseph W. Burkett, Jr., ex-officio County Superintendent of Public Instructions, bond in the amount of $1000.00 with American Employers' Insurance Company, as suretyq and James E.
