D. 1950, came on to be examined by the Court the claim ~ by the City of Kerrville for a pro rata coat of the installation of the radio equipment end ~ the installation of the radio station for the Sheriff's De pertme nt of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that the City of Kerrville and Kerr County had formerly agreed to share ' in the expense for the equipment and installation fee of the main ste tion being erected within ~ the Cit Hell, and that same should be a 1' ppro ved.
