This the 9th day of Jenuery, A. D. 1950, came on to be considered by the Court the actual
and necessary expenses for the month of December, 1949, incurred in the performance of the
office of E. H. Nichols, Tex Assessor end Collector, end it appearing to the Court that the
sum of $503.58 was expended by said officer in the conduct of his office, end in the opinion
of the Court should be approved. Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Pow el ,
and unanimously approved by the Court.

QUARTER ENDING DECEMBER 31ST, 1545, HELD IN TRUST.

of ell moneys end fees collected or received by Lawrence Stephens, in his offic iel capacity as
County Clerk, belonging to Officers, Witnesses or other persons, remaining in his hands un-
called for by the persons entitled thereto for the quarter en d7.ng December 31st, 1949, es held
in deposit in the County Clerk Trust Fund, in the amount of $1E151.63. It appearing to the Cou t
that said report is in due form end should 'oe approved. Therefore by motion duly made by ,
Eckstein, seconded by Powell, and unanimously ep yroved.

This the 9th day of January, A. D. 1950, came on to be examined by the Court the Semi-ann
Report of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, covering ell moneys and fees collected or received
by him, in his official ce pacity, in the TRL`ST FUND, belonging to Officers, Yritnesses or of he
persons, disbursed or remaining in his hands uncalled for by pert ies entitled thereto for the
Semi-annual period ending December Sls t, 1949, as held in deposit in said Trust Fund. And ~
it appearing Lo the Court that said report, with the registrar oP collections, deposit receipt ,
bank ste tements, end check book, ere in order end should be approved.
Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Furr, and unanimously ep proved
by the Court, and ordered Piled by the County Clerk.

~ by the City of Kerrville for a pro rata coat of the installation of the radio equipment end
~ the installation of the radio station for the Sheriff's De pertme nt of Kerr County, and it
appearing to the Court that the City of Kerrville and Kerr County had formerly agreed to share
' in the expense for the equipment and installation fee of the main ste tion being erected within
~ the Cit Hell, and that same should be a
1' ppro ved. Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein,

Clerk be end is hereby directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer in the amount of
