sum of $503.58 was expended by said officer in the conduct of his office, and 1n the opinion

by him, in his off is iel capacity, in the TRL`ST FUND, belonging to Officers, Yritnesses or other
persons, disb ursea or remaining in his hands uncalled for by parties entitled thereto for the
Semi-annual period ending December 31st, 1949, es held in deposit in said Trust Fund. And
it appearing to the Court that said report, with the registrar oP collections, deposit receipt
bank statements, end check book, are in order end should be approved.
Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Furr, end unanimously approved
by the Court, and ordered filed by the County Clerk.
