This the 5th day of Jenue ry, A. D. 1950, came on to be examined by the Court the claim
by the City of Kerrville for a pro rate cost of the installation of the radio equipment end
the instal lotion of the radio station for the Sheriff`s Department of Kerr County, end it
appearing to the Court that the City of Kerrville and Kerr County had formerly agreed to share
in the expense for the equipment end installation fee of the mein station being erected within
the City Hall, end that same should be approved. Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein,
seconded by Furr, and unanimously approved by the Court that same be api:ro ved, that the County
Clerk be end is hereby directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer 1n the amount of
