Nenry Eckstein, Codssinner of Yrecin et No. 1 to trade in his old dump truck for one 1950,
two-ton Chevrolet for $1773.50 net and to trade in old truck at X300.00, and it appearing to
the Court that such purchase is in dire need and is vary reasonable and should be made; there- ~~
fore, by motion duly made by Furr, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the Court -
that said purchase be made.
