This the 16th day of January, A, D. 1g50, came on to be considered by the Court the sale
', of the furnishings of the County uo urt koom of Kerr County to Kendall County, Texas, hereto-
. fore made on a prior data, wherein said fixtures were sold for 1525.00. Whereupon the Court
deems it necessary that the County Clerk mail a bill to the Commissions ra' Court of Kendall ,
County in said amount. And further, since the removal oP such fixtures from the County Court
~, Room, there has been erected a partition in said room which has created an expense for materis~s
and labor, And it flppe aring to the Court that said room would be more benefi riel to the of Pi cŪ
of the Tax Assessor and Collector and that such partition should be removed and the materials
and labor for such erection be paid for.
Therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein, and unanimously approved
'~. by the Court that the County Clerk mail a bill to the Commissioners' Court of Y.endall County
in the amount of $525.00 and that the materials and labor for the erection and remove.l of said
