of the furnishings of the County court Room of Kerr County to Kendall County, Texas, hereto-
fore made on a prior date, wherein said fixtures were sold for $525.00. 1ffiereupoa the Court
deems it neaessary that the County Clerk mail a bill to the Commissioners' Court of Kendall i
County in said amount. And further, since the removal of such fixtures from the County Court ~~
Room, there has been erected a partition in said room which has created an expense for materials
~, and labor, Aad it appearing to the Court that said room would be more beneficial Lo the officd

of the Tax Assessor and Collector and that such partition should be removed and the materials ~
and labor for such erection be paid for.
Therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein, and unanimously approved
