This Lhe 2tith day of danue ry, A. D. 1950, came on to be examined by the Court the itemized
monthly report and tax receipts of E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector, for the month of
December, 1959, showing the dlsposition oY ell moneys, both of the State and County, collected
by him during the month pf December, 1949, end the Certificate of audit by Lhe County Clerk as
to his examinatiin of said report and stubs and es to the correctness to names, dates, end
emo ants on each. And it appearing to the Court that se id report, together with the tax receipt
stubs filed therein are correct.
Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Furr, end unanimously approved by
the Court that se id report is correct in all respects and ordered filed by the County Clerk
for future reference.
