No. 4620. ADOPTION OF SALARIES FOR CONSTABLES OF KERR COUNTY.
This the 13th day of February, A. D. 1950, came on to be considered the salaries under
the provlsio ns of H. J. R. No. 36 of the 50th Legislature ea adopted by the people in the last
general election on November, 1948, emending Seot ion 61 of Artie le 16 of the State Conatlt ut So
as the same applies to the payment of fees to Sherif fa' and Constables' in Counties having a
population of less than 20,000.00, oP which this amendment requires that all peace officers be
placed on a regular sale ry beginning January 1st, 1950. It appearing to the Court that it is
mandatory, that the Consta blee of Kerr County be compensated on a Selery basis.
