of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, covering ell fines imposed end collected and judgments
rendered end collected in the County Court of Kerr County, in favor of said County, }nclud l~

which report shows en aggregate of $97.10 collected end deposited with the County lreesurer
and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved.
Therefore by motion duly made Dy Eckstein, seconded by Fc~w ell, and unanimously approved
by the Court.

of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, covering all fines imposed and collected end judgments re-
ndered end collected in the County Court of Kerr Court y, in favor of said County, including
jury fees collected by the County Clerk, if any, Yor the quarter ending January 31st, 1950,
which report shows an aggregate of $772.70 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer,
end it appearing to Lhe Court that said report is true and co rreot and should be approved.
Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, aeon nded by Powell, and unaaimo usly approved by the
Court, that said quarterly report stands audited end approved.

which report shows an aggregate of $11.00 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer,
and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and corre ąt and should be approved.
