And it appearing to the Court that the use of labor end county equipment have been performed even less than at a cost basis and at a loss to the County, when token in connection with the depreciation on the equipment end due to the fact Chat parts and repairs to such equipment 1s excessive oP such contracts. Wherefore, Lhe commissioners acknowledging the fact that these operations ere also ePf acting the private enterprise of local Contractors, deem it neoeseary to disco ntlnue private construction, repairs and maintenance to private road and other services wl th and by use of any county machinery end/or equipment.
