This the 14th day of February, A. D. 1950, came on to be considered by the Court the de-
sire of the Chamber of Commerce and City Off lc ials that Kerr County authorize Commis to ner of
Precinct No. 1 to donate the use of labor and machinery for one days services on the Cit ys'
Louise Hays Perk Project to be performed in the future on a cocmnun ity project es building the
park in one days` time. And it appearing to the Court that such project is in benefit of the
Community as a whole, and that such grant should be (¢a de.
Therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Pov+eil, and unanimously approved by
the Court that Commissioner, Yrecinet No. 1 be euthorSzed to donate the service of his machine
end labor for one days' servlces in the erection of such project.
