This the 14th day of Februer y, A, D. 1950, came on to be considered by the Court the de-
sire of the Chamber of Commerce end City Officials that Kerr County authorize Commissioner of
Precinct Na. 1 to donate the use of labor and machinery for one days services on the Cit ys'
Louise Hays Park Project to be performed in the future on a camnun ity project es building the
perk in one days' time. And 1t appearing to the Court that such project is in benefit of the
Community as a •,vhole, end that such grant she uld be Cua de.
Therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Povaell, end unanimously approved by
the Court that Commissioner, Precinct No. 1 be au th orized to donate the service of his machine
and labor for one days' services in the erection of such project.
