No. 4645. COMMISSIONER, PRECINCT NO. 1 AUTHORIZED T'0 USE MACH INS ON LOUISE HAYS PARK.
This the 14th day of Februer y, A, D. 1950, came on to be considered by the Court the de-
sire of Lha Chamber of Commerce end City Officials Lhat Kerr County authorize Commissioner of
Precinct No. 1 to donate the use of labor and machinery for one days services on the Cit ys'
Louise Heys Park Project to be performed in the future on a community project as building the
park in one days' time. And it appearing to the Court that such project is in benefit of the
Community es a whole, end that such grant should be pta des.
Therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Powe:Ll, end unanimously approved by
the Court that Commissioner, Precinct No. 1 be authorized to donate the service of his machine
and labor for one days' services in the erection of such project.
