This the 13th day o1 March, A. D. 1950, by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powe
end uaanimoua ly approved by Lhe Court that 1t is hereby declared to be Lhe policy of the Com-
missioner's Court in connection with right-of-way fencing on State Highway j/39, to allow the
sum oP $700.00 per mile, for new fence and $700.00 per mile to move old Pence from its present
location to the new right-of-way line; and there shall be no allowance for any Pence that does
not need to be moved from its present location.

with Furr and Powell, Commissioner's of Precincts Noe. 4 and 2 reapectlvaly, not voting; that
it is hereby deolared to be the policy of Lhe Commissioner's Court of Kerr County, that the
drainage structures on Ststa Highway No. 39 are accepted es prepared by the State Engineer and
that Kerr County will not spend any money for the enlargement of said dra inege atr uct ur es but
will --- assist individuals desiring to have the same enlarged at their own ezpense in connect
ion with said construction with State Highway Department.
