it appearing to the Court that said tract of land was purchased by Kerr County during the time
right-of-ways were purchased for Highway No. 27, is lying ve cent end should be sold to the
highest bidder. ThereYore by motion duly made by Molter, saco n3ed Dy Eokste in, end unanimously
approved by the Court that Commissioner of Precinot No. 1 be end is hereby authorized to sell
the aforementioned tract of lend for eeah to the highest bidder sad for sot less than for =250.
That proper notices be made in both newspapers of Kerr Court y, advertising the sale to be held
at the Courthouse door on April 10th, 1950.

sioners Court of Kerr County that on State Highway No. 39,Kerr County will allow a sum of moneS
not to exceed 25~ of the oo st to the property owner for the conatr action of stock passes under
said highway, when said passes era deemed reasonable and neceeaarp by said Court and in no eves
shall the County be responsible fora greater sum on any one stock pass than X500.00.
