This the 8th day of May, A. D. 1950, came on to be considered by the Court the written -
reaignation of A. L. Harrison, Presiding Election Judge of Election Preoinct No. 1 of Kerr
County, and iL app caring to the Court that Mr. Harrison will be unable to preside over the
remainder of his term of office; that suoh reaigne tion aho uld be accepted; that said office
aho uld be declared vacant; and that L. T. Davis, being a resident of said election precinct
No. 1 end a duly qualified voter, would be a persdn capable to serve es Pre aiding Judge of
Election Precinct No. 1.
Therefore by motion duly made by Furr, seeondad by Eokatein, and unanimously approved by
the Court that the rea igaet ion of A. L. Aarri son be accepted; that the office of Election Pre-
cinct No. 1 be declared vacant and that L. T. Davis be and Sa he raby appointed Preeid Sng Elect
ion Judge of Precinct No. 1 for the remainder of such term, and that he be properly not Sfied
of his appointment.

month of April, 1950, of Criminal Cases filed, fines, ~udgmanta and fury fees oollacted and
deposited in the amount of #54.40, with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a fee of X36.00,
and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved.
Therefore by motion duly made by Eokatein, seoonded by Molter, and unanimously approved
by the Court and the County Clerk be and Sa hereby directed Lo draw voucher agai net the County
Treasurer in the amount of ;36.00 to be payable, to-wit: $12.00 out of R. & B. Fund sad '24.00
