County, and it appearing Lo the Court that Mr. Harrison wlll be una bla Lo preside over the
remainder of his term of office; that auoh resignation aho old be accepted; Lhat said office
should be declared vacant; and that L. T. Davis, being a resident of said election precinot
No. 1 and a duly qualified voter, would be a peradn capable to serve as Presiding Judge of
Election Precinct No. 1.

cinct No. 1 be declared vacant and that L. T. Davis be end is hereby appointed Presiding Elect

of his appointment.

Di strict Clerk for a deputation of Agnes MacDonald, formerly Agaea Pena, previously appointed
as Deputy District Clerk on September 12th, 1949; and it appearing to the Court that said
Deputies name has recently bean ahaaged from Agnes Penn to Agnes Mae Doreld, by result of mar-
riage, and that said deputation should be granted is the name of Agnes Ma clb mid.
