County, and it appearing to the Court that Mr. Harrison wlll be unable to preside over the
remainder of his term of office; that auoh reaignatlon should be accepted; that said office
should be declared vacant; and that L. T. De vie, being a resident of said election precinot
No. 1 and a duly qualified voter, would be a peradn capable to serve es Presiding Judge of
Election Precinct No. 1.

of his appointment.
