that this project is a very important route to Kerr County as a whole, and that the County shou
accept the right-of-way es designated and staked out of said engineer, and that the County shou
be liable for securing the right-of-way, if final approval is granted by the State Department.
Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Furr, end unanimously approved by
the Court Lhat the right-of-way 81340 as presented by H. H. Ziegler be accepted according to
the plans left in possession of the County Clerk, and that the Court will attempt to setis$' the
rty owners in securing the required right-of-way.
