And it ap pe aring Lo the Court that this project is a very important route to Kerr County es a whole, and that Lhe County shou] accept Lhe right-of-way es designated and staked out of said engineer, and Lhat the County shou] be liable for securing the right-of-v.~ay, if final approval is granted by the State Department.
