This the 9th day of May, A. D. 1950, came on to be examined by the Court the plans and
petition of k. H. 'Liegle r, Resident State Highway Engineer, District y15 of Kerrville, Kerr
County, Texas, for right-of-way Ferm-to-N^a rket }j1340 from State Highway X39 in Hunt, extending
.,est along North Fork of the Guadalupe River about 10.8 miles. And it ap pe aring Lo the Court
that this project is a very important route to Kerr County es a whole, and that Lhe County shou]
accept Lhe right-of-way es designated and staked out of said engineer, and Lhat the County shou]
be liable for securing the right-of-v.~ay, if final approval is granted by the State Department.
Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Furr, end unanimously approved by
the Court that the right-of-way ~134G as presented by R. H. Ziegler be accepted according to
the plans left in possession of the County Clerk, and that the Court will attempt to satis~Q' the
property owners in securing the required right-of-way.
