This the 9th day of May, A. D. 1950, came on to be examined by the Court the plans and
petition of H. H. Ziegler, Resident State Highway Englneer, District N15 of darrville, Kerr
County, Taxes, for right-of-way harm-to-h'HI rket 7/1'340 from State Highway g39 in Hunt, eatending
„est along North Fork of the Guadalupe River about 10.8 miles. And it appearing to the Court
that this pro,7ect is a very important route to Kerr County as a whole, end that the County shou
accept the right-of-way as designated and staked out of said engineer, and that the County shou
be liable for securing the right-of-way, if final approval is granted by the State Department.
Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Furr, and unanimously approved by '
the Court that the right-oP-way ,j 1340 as presented by R. H. Ziegler be accepted according to
the plans left in possession of the County Clerk, and that the Court will attempt to satiny the
property owners in securing the required right-of-way.

This the 9th day of May, A. D. 1950, 1t is hereby declared to be the polloy of the Commi;
aio ae re` Court of Karr County that in connectlon with the right-of-way for the improveme at end
rebuilding of certain sactiona of Farm-to-Market Road No. 1340 commonly known ea the North
Fork Road, acid Court will move ell fences that need to be moved by reason of said coastruct-
ioh and replace them on the new line Sn as good condition as they now are and in suoh areas
where new fences need to be built by reason of said construction, said County of Kerr will con
struct and build said fences in good workmanship-like meaner of standard materials and suit-
able for controlling ell livestock. Said new fence to be of the common or low type and not
deer-proof type. This to be effective only in such cases where the land ow nar gives the land
