Ziegler, Resident State Highway Englneer, District N15 of darrville, Kerr County, Taxes, for right-of-way harm-to-h'HI rket 7/1'340 from State Highway g39 in Hunt, eatending „est along North Fork of the Guadalupe River about 10.8 miles. And it appearing to the Court that this pro,7ect is a very important route to Kerr County as a whole, end that the County shou accept the right-of-way as designated and staked out of said engineer, and that the County shou be liable for securing the right-of-way, if final approval is granted by the State Department. Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Furr, and unanimously approved by ' the Court that the right-oP-way ,j 1340 as presented by R. H.
