On this the 9th day of May, A. D. 1950, came on to be considered by the Court the desire of Henry Eckstein, Commissioner, Precinct No. 1 of Kerr County, Teaea, to dispose of one hand operated lawn mower belonging to Kerr County. And 1t eppearing to the Court that said lawn mower Se of very little value and is not being used by the County end should be sold for a reasonable saleable price. Therefore by motinn duly made by Powell, seaonded by Furr, and unanimously approved by the Court that Henry Eo katein be end is hereby authorized to sell said band opera tad lawn mows ahd deposit the proceeds therefrom with the County Treasurer to be deposited 1n the General Fund. -o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 4740. POLICY OF COURT ON FARM-TO-MARKET RIGHT-OF=NAY X1340. This the 9th day of May, q. D. 1950, it is hereby deck red to be the polioy of the Commi sio ne ra' Court of Karr County that in aonnectlon with the right-of-way Ior the improvement and rebuilding of certain sections of Farm-to-Me rket Roed No. 1340 commonly known es the North Fork Road, said Court will move all fences that need to be moved by reason of said construct- ion and replace them on the new line in as good co nd i.t ion as they now are and in such erase where new fences need to be built by reason of said construction, said County of Kerr will con struct and build said fences in good workmanship-like manner of standard materials and suit- able for controlling all livestock. Said new fence to be oP the common or low type and not deer-proof type. This to be effective only in such cases where the land owner gives the land to Kerr County.
