No. 4739. COMMISSIONER ECKSTEIN AUTHORIZED TO DISPOSE OF RAND OPERATED MOWER.
On this the 9th day of May, A. D. 1950, came on to be cone idered by the Court the desire
of Henry Eckatei n, Commisaio nor, precinct No. 1 of Karr County, Teaes, to dispose of one hand
operated lawn mower belonging to Kerr County. And it appearing to the Court that said lawn
mower Se of very little value and Sa not being used by the County end should be sold for a
reasonable saleable price.
Therefore by mgtina duly made by Powell, seoondad by Furr, end unanimo ugly approved Dy
the Court that Henry Eokstain be end is hereby authorized Lo sell said hand operated lawn mows
and deposit the proceeds therefrom with the County Treasurer to be deposited in the General
Fund.

No. 4740. POLICY OF COURT ON FARM-TO-MARKET RIGHT-OF-WAY $1340.
Thin the 9th day of May, A. D. 1950, St is hereby deck red to be the polioy of the Commi
sio ne rs' Court of Karr County that in oonnaction with the right-of-way for the improvement and
rebuilding of certain aectlons of Farm-LO-Me rket Road No. 1340 commonly known ea the North
Fork Road, said Court will move ell Ponces that need to be moved by reason of said construct-
ion and replace them oa the new line in as good co nd It ion ea they now are end Sn such arses
where new fences need to be built by reason of said construction, said County of Kerr will con
str uct and build sold fences 1n good workmanship-like manner of standard materials and auit-
able Por controlling all livestock. Said new Pence t,o be of the common or low type and not
deer-proof type. This to be effective only in such cases where the lend owner gives the land
to Kerr County. Motion having been duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Molter, end unanimously
approved bq the Court, Lhet this policy be adopted es the policy of the Commiasionera' Court.
