On this the 9th day of May, A. D. 1950, came on to be conaidarad by the Court the desire of Henry Eakstein, Commisaio ne r, Precinct No. 1 of Kerr County, Tessa, to dispose of one hand operated lawn mower belonging to Kerr County. And it appearing to the Court that said lawn mower Ss of very little value and is not being used by the County and should be sold for e reasonoble saleable prioe. Therefore by motion duly made by yowell, seaondad by Furr, sad unanimously approved by the Court that Henry Eokatein De and is hereby authorized to sell said hand operated lawn mow[ and deposlt the proceeds therefrom with the County Treasurer to be deposited in the General Fund. -o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 4740. Said new fence to be of the common or low type and not deer-proof type. This to be effective only in such cases where the land owner gives the land to Kerr Coupty.
