No. 4739. COMMISSIONER ECKSTEIN AUTRDRIZED TO DISPOSE OF RAND OPERATED MOWER.
On this the 9th day of May, A. D. 1950, came on to be conaidarad by the Court the desire
of Henry Eakstein, Commisaio ne r, Precinct No. 1 of Kerr County, Tessa, to dispose of one hand
operated lawn mower belonging to Kerr County. And it appearing to the Court that said lawn
mower Ss of very little value and is not being used by the County and should be sold for e
reasonoble saleable prioe.
Therefore by motion duly made by yowell, seaondad by Furr, sad unanimously approved by
the Court that Henry Eokatein De and is hereby authorized to sell said hand operated lawn mow[
and deposlt the proceeds therefrom with the County Treasurer to be deposited in the General
Fund.

rebuilding of certain sactiona of Farm-to-LLa rket Road No. 1340 commonly known ea the North
Fork Roed, aeid Court will move ell Penaes that need to be moved by reason of said conatruat-
Sob and replace them on the new line 1n as good condition ea they now are sad in such areas
where now fences need to be built by reason of said construction, said County of Kerr will con
str uct and build said fence9 in good workmanship-like manner of standard materials and suit-
able for controlling ell livestock. Said new fence to be of the common or low type and not
deer-proof type. This to be effective only in such cases where the land owner gives the land
to Kerr Coupty. Motion he ving been duly made by Eckstein, seconded ty Molter, and unanimo ugly
approved by the Court, that this policy be adopted as the policy of the Commissioners' Court.
